Accept the Terms & Conditions and electronically sign. Payment is submitted after acceptance.

Do I pay when I send my design request?
No. First you submit the request and photos. After the design process, you approve the final proof, sign the Terms & Conditions, and then submit payment.
How do I send my photos?
Photos and artwork are sent directly to Kaji Rose Studio through Facebook Messenger with your request number.
How many design options and revisions are included?
Each custom order includes at least two original design concepts, selection of one final design, and up to two rounds of reasonable revisions before production.
When will I see my design?
After you send your request and any photos or artwork through Messenger, Kaji Rose Studio will prepare design concepts for you to review. The final proof must be approved before payment and production.
When does production begin?
Production begins after final design approval, electronic acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, and payment.
