Accept the Terms & Conditions and electronically sign. Payment is submitted after acceptance.
Production
Your approved custom order moves into production after payment is received.

Do I pay when I send my design request?
No. First you submit the request and photos. After the design process, you approve the final proof, sign the Terms & Conditions, and then submit payment.
How do I send my photos?
The website lets you preview a photo locally. Your original photos/artwork are sent to Kaji Rose Studio through Facebook Messenger with your request number.
How many design options and revisions are included?
Each custom order includes at least two original design concepts, selection of one final design, and up to two rounds of reasonable revisions before production.
Is the website preview the final proof?
No. It is only a placement guide. The final design proof is prepared by Kaji Rose Studio and must be approved separately.
When does production begin?
Production begins after final design approval, electronic acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, and payment.
